The median home price in 90808 is at $639,900, showing strong growth between August 2016 and September 2016. In comparison to last year, this is a 5.7% increase in home sale price. Close to the university as well as multiple freeways, the neighborhoods in this area had experienced a slowing of interest but appear to be picking back up.
The median days on the market actually saw a drop in September 2016 as well, going from 44 in August to 35.
