January 2016 Market Update for the 90802 area of Long Beach, CA 90802 Real Estate Statistics and Information Including the Neighborhoods of Downtown, East Village, and Alamitos Beach Home prices rose modestly last year in 90802 for both single family homes and condos. The median home price in 90802 last month was $455,000, which is up slightly from December 2014. However, only a handful of property sales in 90802 were single family homes. Wrigley Real Estate Market Update October 2015   After an increase at the end of summer, the number of closed sales of single family homes in the Wrigley area has leveled off in September 2015, with 11 closed sales. August and September saw the highest number of closed sales for 2015 so far.   Since mid-summer, inventory levels for single family homes have been rising, and September followed the trend. 90808 Real Estate Market Update October 2015 Including the neighborhoods of Lakewood Village, Old Lakewood City, Carson Park, South of Conant, the Plaza, and El Dorado Park Estates.   After a sharp drop in August, the number of closed sales of single family homes in the 90808 area increased slightly in September to 39. Despite the increase, this number is still fairly low for 2015 and is 25% lower than this time last year.   The supply of homes for sale in 90808 leveled off for the second month in a row, with a 1.9 months supply.
