October 2016 Real Estate Market Update for the 90806 Area of Long Beach Including the neighborhood of Wrigley and the Surrounding Areas of 90806 Home prices continue to rise in 90806 as a trend, with September seeing some gains after a brief dip downward in August.  As of September 2016, the median price was $462,000, which marks a 14.8% rise from the same time last year. The median home price in Wrigley increased to $468,500 last month – its highest level in years and 10.9% higher than in November 2014. Wrigley Real Estate Market Update October 2015   After an increase at the end of summer, the number of closed sales of single family homes in the Wrigley area has leveled off in September 2015, with 11 closed sales. August and September saw the highest number of closed sales for 2015 so far.   Since mid-summer, inventory levels for single family homes have been rising, and September followed the trend.
