Median home sales prices for single family homes in 90807 has been a bit sporadic so far in 2015, but prices in July are at $612,000 – up $62,000 from June 2015 and $97,000 from July 2014.
Despite a slight dip last month, closed homes sales have been on a steady upward trend throughout 2015 in 90807, which includes California Heights, Bixby Knolls, and Virginia Country Club.

Meanwhile, median sales prices for condos in 90807 have increased slightly the past few months but remain below where they were this time last year, or even earlier this year.
