Sometimes people think that this time of year, the real estate market begins to cool down, yet that’s not what we’re seeing. Just this week, we had some buyers who wrote an offer on a home and found themselves bidding against five other buyers. Fortunately for them, they had our buyer’s agent Summer Vance on their side and their offer was accepted, meaning that they’ll be able to realize their dream of being in their new home in time to enjoy the holidays there.
