Referrals are the lifeblood of our business, and we appreciate our clients referring other home buyers and sellers to our team over the years. On Giving Tuesday, we launched “Giving Back,” a referral incentive program. Initially slated to run through December, we’re now extending this through 2018.
Here’s how it works:
If you call us or fill out the form below, referring us to a potential buyer or seller who is willing to meet with us and discuss their real estate plans, we’ll donate $25 to the charity you designate. The charity must be a 501c3 non-profit to be eligible.
If the referred party buys or sells a property with our team, then we’ll make an additional donation of $100 to your designated charity upon close of escrow. Then at the end of 2018, we’ll give a $500 donation to the charity designated by the individual who referred the most business to us. Please use the form below to provide us your referrals.
Philanthropy has been a core value of The Shannon Jones Team since we started serving Long Beach area home buyers and sellers in 1998. We’ve supported community events and programs throughout the years, and continued this tradition in 2017 by supporting the Long Beach Rescue Mission with a $500 donation for Giving Tuesday. According to the Mission’s Christmas Gift Catalog, this provides a recipient with more than 20 days of shelter, food, and care in their long-term recovery program.
