2311 Easy Avenue just hit the market this week. It’s a 2 bedroom Spanish style home in West Long Beach with great curb appeal, a huge lot and lots of charm. You’ll find drought tolerant landscaping in front and a back yard that’s perfect for entertaining, gardening, or playing. Inside, there are newer floors, classic Spanish details, and an updated kitchen. It’s offered at $399,000 and you can see all the details on 2311 Easy Avenue by clicking here.

Also open will be 2226 Golden Avenue,  a beautiful 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home in the popular Wrigley neighborhood. Listed at $549,000, it sold quickly when it hit the market initially but the buyer got cold feet and we’ve just put it back on the market so you have a second chance now. This home is very spacious and features lovely vintage details throughout. The bedrooms are all very large, as is the living room and formal dining room. There’s also a light-filled breakfast room, an elegantly updated kitchen and bathroom, plus a great back yard with multiple fruit trees. You can see all the details on 2226 Golden by clicking here.

Out & About in the Market

Sometimes people think that this time of year, the real estate market begins to cool down, yet that’s not what we’re seeing.  Just this week, we had some buyers who wrote an offer on a home and found themselves bidding against five other buyers. Fortunately for them, they had our buyer’s agent Summer Vance on their side and their offer was accepted, meaning that they’ll be able to realize their dream of being in their new home in time to enjoy the holidays there.

With inventory still as low as it is, potential sellers who were thinking of waiting until 2017 may find that taking advantage of a market with high demand and low interest rates makes lots of sense. And for buyers, as time goes by, we typically see competition thin out a little bit, making the end of the year a great time to look for a home.  Whether you’re still wanting to buy or sell a home this year or are beginning to plan for next year, give us a call at 562.896.2456 and we’d be happy to help you get started.

VIP Client Appreciation Party

Also, if you’re a client or a past client, you should have received the invitation for our Fall VIP Client Appreciation party on November 5th.  If you’re a future client and you’d like to come and get to know our team, please let us know and we’ll get you the information. It should be a lot of fun, with delicious food, craft beers and a selection of wines, plus door prizes and great ambiance and company.
