Here are the positions we are currently looking to fill:
Part-time, 20-25 hours per week, hours can be flexible and after initial probation period, there is an opportunity to work from home.
You’ll need solid skills in Social Media and WordPress, and familiarity with Long Beach and the surrounding communities. You should be extremely tech savvy with a good work ethic. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You should have basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Cloud), and video skills would be a plus. Our ideal candidate would have some experience with or knowledge of real estate. Familiarity with direct mail, email marketing, database management and event production are also desirable. Creativity and strong communication skills are a must.
Compensation will depend on experience.
We are looking for a talented buyer’s agent to join our team, serve our home-buying clients, and to become an important part of our team. We need an ambitious, professional, personable and hard working agent whose desire is to be highly successful. Must have a California real estate license.
You will be performing daily lead generation, using our team systems along with the following activities:
- Daily practice and mastery of sales scripts
- Conducting home buying consultations with clients
- Attend regularly scheduled client and team appreciation events
- Negotiate initial offers and repairs that may come up
- Attend training and educational opportunities regularly
You will receive first-class training, coaching, full administrative support staff and marketing, along with supplies, materials and systems.
Compensation is commission only and based on team leads and goals, $80,000 to $100,000 or more is possible in your first year.
Inside Sales Agent
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist our growing real estate team! The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. An ability to work independently and strong communication skills are an absolute must.
Real estate license and experience is preferred by not necessary. A willingness to get a real estate license is a plus. This is a great opportunity to launch a career in real estate with a “regular” job that will allow you to learn the business.
Compensation is $27,000 per year plus bonuses ($50,000 to $60,000+ possible).
