You’ve seen the home shows on TV, with gorgeous mansions that can be purchased for a song compared to our Southern California home prices. Here in the land of sunshine, we have a weather premium built into our prices. So what does $1 million actually buy you? Here’s a look by area:

Belmont Park, Long Beach:
