Charming, Move-In Ready Craftsman Bungalow!
Just a short stroll from the sand in the popular Alamitos Beach neighborhood, 1200 East Appleton offers classic Craftsman curb appeal on a coveted corner lot. You’ll enjoy sitting out on the front porch swings in the morning, sipping your coffee, and saying hi to your new neighbors.
While the outside of this home is the quintessential bungalow, the inside is bright, airy, and updated with an open floor plan. The kitchen was updated in 2017 and features new counters, stainless steel appliances, and a farmhouse sink. With a breakfast bar connecting it to the dining area, it’s the perfect spot to cook and entertain.
Two of the three bedrooms have direct access to the light-filled bathroom, which features custom tilework and a beautiful vessel sink. The home has an inside laundry room and a detached garage.
The private backyard offers a covered deck and grassy area. With just enough yard space to enjoy and low maintenance landscaping, you’ll be able to enjoy your outdoor time instead of dedicating it to yardwork. And the home’s location means you can simply park your car and stroll to restaurants, bars, and the beach.
