Meet, Shalyse Kendrick, who also goes by the nickname, ‘Shay’. Shalyse has been helping home buyers and sellers in Long Beach for 7 years and has experience with both residential and commercial properties. 

Shalyse has long had a passion for helping everyone from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors. Recently, she obtained her Certified Investor Agent Specialist designation, providing her with even more tools and resources to assist our clients with reaching their real estate goals. Shalyse is equipped to identify, create, and close deals with residential real estate investors, streamlining the process and maximizing returns for her clients.
