Alamitos Heights

The Alamitos Heights neighborhood of Long Beach CA consists of tree-lined streets bounded by Pacific Coast Highway on the north, Colorado Street on the south, Park Avenue on the west and Bellflower Boulevard on the east. This Long Beach CA neighborhood is made up of single family homes, including large 2 story colonials, ranch style single stories as well as Spanish and Mediterranean style homes. The earliest homes in Alamitos Heights date from the 1920s and the area was built up during the 30′s through the 50′s. Alamitos Heights sits on the edge of Recreation Park, one of Long Beach’s largest parks next to El Dorado — as well as the Recreation Park Public Golf Course, a regulation length course that is open to the public.
