Belmont Heights

The Belmont Heights neighborhood consists of many lovely Spanish, Mediterranean, and Craftsman homes built from 1900 to the 1930s. The neighborhood is primarily single family homes with some duplexes, condominiums and apartments. Belmont Heights is bounded by Redondo Avenue on the west, Park Avenue on the east, 7th Street on the North and Broadway on the south. The three block stretch along Broadway starting at Redondo offers great local restaurants and shops. The Belmont Heights Community Association serves the area. The neighborhood also includes the Eliot Lane Historic District.
