Naples Island

Naples is a set of small islands located on the southern-most tip of Long Beach. With street names Toledo and Florence, canals called Rivo Alto and Colonnade, you’ll think you’re in Italy. Once inside the canals, you will see beautiful homes and yachts in a peaceful neighborhood setting punctuated by five quaint bridges and tall palm trees. There are several ways to view the canals and streets of Naples. By foot, one can walk the waterfront sidewalks and watch the boats go by. You can also book gondola rides or rent a kayak and do some exploring. Naples features some wonderful restaurants along Second Street, including Naples Rib Company, Nico’s and Michael’s. It’s also convenient to all the shops and restaurants of nearby Belmont Shore as well as Marina Pacifica. Naples is served by Naples Bayside. Homes for sale in this area offer varied architectural styles and prices can also vary greatly. The larger, waterfront homes with boat splits command multi-million dollar prices. The larger lots on Treasure Island fetch the highest prices and rarely are offered for sale.
