With prices up and inventory down, the fall housing market is a great time for home sellers in Belmont Shore, Belmont Park, Naples, the Peninsula and other areas in the 90803 area of Long Beach.
After taking a dip in August, prices have been on the rise for the past two months and ended October at 2.9% above the same time for the previous year.
The number of houses for sale in 90803 dipped again last month, falling to 16.5% below October 2014. There is currently a 4.4 month supply of houses for sale in 90803, which although a bit higher than for Long Beach overall is down from the previous month and from the same time last year.
On average, homes in 90803 sold for 95.7% of original list price.
Condos for Sale in Belmont Shore, Naples and Other 90803 Areas
As of October 2015, there were 28 condos for sale in 90803, down 6.7% from October 2014. This represents a 1.9 month supply.
The median sales price for condos in 90803 last month was $475,000 – up 36% from October 2014.
