The 90804 real estate market is hot!
The median home price in 90804 dipped last month to $432,500, which although lower than the previous month is still 9.5% higher than it was in October 2014.
Meanwhile, the number of homes for sale in 90804, which includes Rose Park and Traffic Circle areas, declined last month, down 19% from October 2014. This represents a 2.3 month supply of inventory.
With inventory being so low, homes in 90804 have been selling very quickly. As of last month, the median days on the market was 21, which is 54.3 less than in October 2014.
Condo Real Estate Market Update for 90804
The median condo price in 90804 increased in October to $302,450, up 16.3% from the same month last year.
And while the inventory of condos for sale in Long Beach overall is at a 2.2 month supply, in 90804, which includes Rose Park and Traffic Circle areas, the inventory is slightly lower – at a 1.8 month supply. This represents a decrease of 52.6% from October 2014.
Meanwhile the number of condos that sold last month in 90804 was 8, down from earlier this year but at the same level as October 2014.
