After a sharp drop in August, the number of closed sales of single family homes in the 90808 area increased slightly in September to 39. Despite the increase, this number is still fairly low for 2015 and is 25% lower than this time last year.
The supply of homes for sale in 90808 leveled off for the second month in a row, with a 1.9 months supply. This comes after an increase in inventory over the summer months, though it is still 20.8% lower than inventory levels were this time last year.
The median sales price for single family homes in 90808 has increased for the second month in a row, reaching a peak of $605,000.
The median number of days on market has leveled out a bit over the past few months, coming in at 40 days for the second month in a row. This is 9.1% lower than this time last year.
