Home prices in 90815 been climbing steadily over the past three years. In December 2015, the median sales price was $610,000, up 14% from the December prior and slightly down from the peak median price of $626,000 that occurred in October 2015.
The supply of homes available in 90815 is lower than it’s been for years. In December 2015, the supply was 1.3 months, down 43.5% from the previous December.
Condominiums in 90815
Condominium prices in 90815 are also on the rise. In December of 2015, the median sales price was $393,000, up 34.2% from December 2014. This is the highest prices have been in this area in the past three years.
As with houses, inventory of condos in 90815 is also very low. In December 2015, the supply was just 1.4 months, which is down 33.3% from the previous December.
Sellers Market
Home prices in the 90815 neighborhoods are extremely low, while inventory remains very low.
