A New Chapter — And a Grateful Look Back

As we prepare to embark on our next adventure in France, Brad and I have been reflecting on our years in Long Beach — the place where we built a life, a business, and a community we cherish.
Our real estate journey didn’t begin in a boardroom or after a strategic career change. It began the way many real estate journeys do: with the experience of being buyers ourselves. When we purchased our first home in Rose Park back in the 1990s, the process was confusing, overwhelming, and — frankly — not handled with the care it deserved. That experience became the spark that launched a new purpose for us.
I became a Realtor to make the process clearer, more transparent, and more supportive than what we had encountered. A few years later, Brad joined me, bringing his technical perspective, problem-solving approach, and patience to the work. Together, we built what would eventually become one of Long Beach’s most well-regarded real estate teams — not because of sales volume alone, but because of the trust and relationships we cultivated along the way.
A Home (and Business) Rooted in Community
Over the years, we had the privilege of guiding hundreds of clients through some of the most significant decisions of their lives — buying their first home, upsizing as their families grew, downsizing when priorities shifted, and investing to build long-term wealth. We watched neighborhoods evolve, families flourish, and dreams take shape.

We also poured ourselves into the local community. From movie nights and picnics in the park to client appreciation luaus, casino nights, and porch portraits during the pandemic — these weren’t just “events.” They were celebrations of the relationships we built and the memories we created together.
We are especially proud to have supported Mental Health America of Los Angeles for many years, organizing donation drives and contributing from our closings to help advance their work in supporting mental wellness and community care.
Stories That Stay With Us
There are homes we will never forget — like the famously narrow “Skinny House” in Rose Park, which led to national press and plenty of curiosity. But while the properties themselves were memorable, the people behind the doors were what mattered most.
The privilege of helping individuals and families find stability, comfort, and a foundation for their future is something we have never taken lightly.
Looking Forward — Still Here, Just in a New Way

Although we will soon be living in France, we want to be very clear: we are not stepping away from helping you with your real estate goals. Instead, we are moving into an advisory and referral role, using our decades of experience and longstanding local relationships to connect you with carefully selected agents who share our values, professionalism, and client-first approach.
Because who you hire still matters — and always will.
So whether you’re considering buying, selling, or simply exploring your options, we’re still here to guide you.
