Real Estate Statistics for Wrigley and Poly High Area.
The median number of closed sales for single family homes in the Wrigley area has been relatively low all year, but in August it reached the highest peak for 2015 so far with 15 closed sales.
The months supply of inventory has also been relatively low recently. Currently there is a 2.3 months supply, which is 17.9% lower than this time last year.
Possibly due to the low number of inventory, median sales prices for homes in the Wrigley area have been generally going up all year. In August, median prices took a $4,000 drop from July to land at $449,500, yet this is still 12. 4% higher than this time last year.
The median number of days on market saw an increase in the late spring and summer months, but in August that number started declining again. Currently the median number of days on market is at 38.
