The Wrigley real estate market remains a seller’s market. Homes are selling briskly – an average of 26 days on the market in April 2015 – the lowest average days on market since July 2013.

The inventory of homes for sale in Wrigley is at a 1.6 month supply, meaning that if no additional homes came on the market in Wrigley and sales continued at their current pace, there would be no homes on the market in 1.6 months.

The average sales price for homes in Wrigley in April 2015 was $426,500, up from $399,738 in April 2014. Prices appear to be showing steady but moderate increases compared to the sharp increases of a couple years ago.
