What’s happening with the real estate market in Long Beach?

Median home prices hit $1,037,500 in April, a 10.7% increase from the same month last year, according to the latest stats. Condo prices, however, showed a slight decline. The inventory of both houses and condos is up year-over-year, with single family homes now at a 2.7 months supply. Meanwhile, condo supply increased almost 30% since last year, now sitting at 4.4 months.
