The 90802 Real Estate Market at a Glance
Besides a small peak in April, median home sales prices in 90802 have been relatively low compared to last year. As of July of this year, the median home sales price was $162,500.
Despite the low median sales prices, the median percentage of original home listing price to sales price is at 100% for July. This is the highest it has been in all of 2015.
90802 condo sales are on a general upward trend, though median prices took a slight drop from $299,000 in June to $284,000 in July.
The median percentage of condo listing price to sales price has been relatively high throughout 2015, and is at 99.6% for July.
The number of both home and condo closed sales combined took a drop from 50 in June to 40 in July, though this is still much higher than the 22 homes and condos that closed in February of this year.
