November Update for 90807 Real Estate – Neighborhoods of California Heights, Bixby Knolls, Bixby Terrace, Virginia Country Club, and Ridgewood Heights
While much of Long Beach experienced significant price appreciation over the past year, home prices in 90807 have not increased significantly. As of October 2015, the median home price of $565,000 was within 1% of its October 2014 level.
Homes, however, are selling very close to their list price. The median sales price in October 2015 was 99.3% of list price. And homes are selling a bit more quickly than last year, with a median of 51 days on the market – an 8.9 decline from October 2014.
The inventory of houses for sale in 90807 was at a 2.3 month supply as of October 2015, roughly the same as in Long Beach overall, but down 36.1% from its October 2014 level in 90807.
Condo Real Estate Market Update for 90807
The number of condos for sale in 90807 is also down from last year, at a 1.7 month supply in October 2015.
The median condo price in 90807 as of last month was $229,000, up 4.6% from October 2014.
