To nobody’s surprise the latest housing market numbers for Long Beach, reflecting listings and closings in April 2020, showed a decline in both listings and sales — expected due to restrictions and economic uncertainty caused by COVID-19.

However, home sales prices showed appreciation year over year, and citywide, inventory remained low.
