90808 Market Update: Real Estate Statistics and Information for the 90808 Areas of Long Beach, CA

Home prices in 90808 have steadily increased in recent years. The median home price in 90808 peaked in September at $605,000 and has since decreased slightly to $595,000. However, that’s still up 12.3% from the year prior in January.
Inventory of homes for sale in 90808 is on par with Long Beach as a whole – very low. As of January 2016, there was only a 1.2 month supply of homes on the market in J90808, which represents a 33.3% decrease from from January 2015 .
Not suprisingly, the number of active listings in 90808 is also very low. The record low of 37 occurred last month in December and climbed slightly to 47 in January 2016. This is substantially lower than the peak of 102 that occurred in August 2014.
