Market Update for 90808 Real Estate – Including Plaza, South of Conant, Ranchos, El Dorado Park Estates, and Carson Park Neighborhoods of Long Beach
Although the median home price in 90808 declined slightly last month, at $570,000 it’s still 6.5% higher than it was in October 2014.
Homes are selling quickly in 90808. The median time on the market of 37 days last month represents a 27.5% decline from October 2014. And the median sales price was at 100% of list price last month.
Meanwhile, the inventory of homes for sale in 90808 is lower than in most areas of Long Beach. Citywide, there is a 2.2 month supply of homes, while in 90808, there was a 1.4 month supply of inventory as of October 2015. This is down 39.1% from October 2014.
With sales prices up, inventory down and demand being very strong, this represents an extremely strong seller’s market. 90808 real estate is hot!
