As 2023 draws to a close, the real estate market in Long Beach and surrounding communities remains robust, with prices continuing to appreciate and homes continuing to sell quickly.
The latest market stats, from November 2023, showed that listing inventory is still extremely low, but the number of sales this November was slightly higher than this same time last year. Meanwhile, the median home price in Long Beach rose by 13.6% year over year for houses and 5.1% for condos.
Many experts expect prices to show some moderation in 2024 and interest rates to come down a little with the inventory of homes picking up a little.
