Median home sales prices in the 90815 area have been on a general upward trend for months, though they took a slight drop to $576,000 in July from $590,000 in July.
The median percentage of original home listing price to sales price took a bit of a drop as well. In June the percentage was at 100%, now in July it comes in at 98.5%.
Home sales took a dramatic drop as well, with only 26 closed homes in July. That was following the best month of 2015, where there were 46 closed homes in June. However, numbers are still higher than they were in the beginning of the year, when in February only 16 homes closed.
One thing that is on the rise in 90815 are condo sales prices. In July, the median sales price was $345,000 – $53,000 higher than in June.
