Real Estate Statistics and Information for Wrigley and other Neighborhoods of 90806

Home prices in 90806 are among the highest they have ever been. The median sales price was $452,250 in December 2015, up 25.5% from December 2014. The trend for sales price has been steadily increasing over the past few years.

Meanwhile, inventory has been declining. In December 2015, active listings of homes in 90806 fell to just 22. This reflects a 24.1% decrease from the December prior. In January of 2012, there were 87 active listings.

In December 2015 the inventory of homes on the market in 90806 represented just a 1.7 months supply, down 19% from the December prior.

Condominiums in 90806

90806 condo prices have also been increasing and hit a median sales price of $315,900 in December 2015. This reflects a 43.6% increase from December 2014.

Though the median sales price increased, price per square foot for condos in 90806 actually decreased. In December 2015, the price per square foot was $224, down 14.8% from the December prior.

The inventory of condos for sale in 90805 has been somewhat spotty. As of December 2015, there was a 3.1 month supply of condos for sale in 90806, down from earlier in the year but up from the previous December.

Sellers Market
