What’s Going on With Real Estate in Wrigley?

The median sales price for single family homes in the Wrigley neighborhood of Long Beach climbed for the second month in a row, reaching $470,000 in July 2015, up almost 20% above July 2014.

 

Meanwhile the number of home sales in the Wrigley neighborhood declined from the previous month to 9 homes, 35.7% lower than in July 2014.

The median days on the market for homes in Wrigley in July 2015 was 50, down a little from last July but higher than the previous several months.

Currently there is a 2.3 month supply of homes for sale in Wrigley. The 2.3 month supply of homes is a bit higher than it’s been for several months but still 28.1% lower than in July 2014.
