Rose Park Egg-Stravaganza A Hit!

The Rose Park Egg-Stravaganza was a big hit!

Held in the neighborhood’s namesake Rose Park, at 8th and Orizaba, dozens of children and their parents gathered to participate in an egg hunt, a cake walk, and pet live bunnies and chickens. The Rose Park Bakery donated cookies as well as cakes for the cake walk, and the Rose Park Neighborhood Association did a great job organizing the event.

The Shannon Jones Team was proud to be a sponsor and host of a kids Coloring Corner. The team commissioned a special Long Beach-themed coloring sheet, complete with the Queen Mary, International Tower and other Long Beach icons.

Rose Park is a circular park and home to a number of neighborhood events, including low-cost pet vaccinations, yoga, and picnics.
