Long Beach CA Real Estate Market Update January 2021

Real Estate Market Update_January 2021 (1)

The hot seller’s market in Long Beach continued throughout the month of December 2020. The median home price was up for both single-family homes and condos. Inventory and new listings remained down for single-family homes and the seller advantage continued. The average number of days on the market was just 22! This is low at any time, but especially in December, a traditionally “slow” month in real estate. Days on the market was down 52.2% compared to this time last year.

What do these numbers mean?
