It’s February 2023 and in this Real Estate Market Update, we’re taking a look at the latest statistics available for January 2023. Closed sales, pending sales, and new listings all declined in January 2023 compared to January 2022. Home prices in Long Beach, CA actually increased from December 2022 to January 2023. However, year over year home prices declined slightly and condo prices increased. What does this mean for home sellers?
