The latest market data reveals relatively stable prices for single family homes and condos, with just about a 1% variation from the previous year. Some areas show price increases, but the expected 2023 price depreciation hasn’t materialized. Notably, however, new listings, closed sales, and homes under contract have decreased, leading to a critically low inventory that along with demand has kept us in a seller’s market.
