The year is coming to an end, and this is our LAST real estate market update for 2021! Ready to dive into the real estate market conditions in Long Beach CA, and surrounding areas? We continue to see a strong seller’s market with very low inventory throughout Long Beach. In November, the months supply of inventory was just 1 month. To put things into perspective, a balanced housing market typically has 4 to 6 months supply of inventory. While home inventory and closed sales continue to decline, home prices are steadily increasing. The median sales price in November was $849,000, which was 5.5% higher than last November.
